SHIPPING POLICY

Cruizer & Co. online store ships to all 50 United States via USPS mail. Customers in California should always select USPS Ground since shipping transit time is usually 1-2 days and will incur a 9.0% sales tax. Rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed to buyer once order is shipped.

All APO addresses and PO boxes will be shipped via USPS Mail. Orders are processed within 2-3 days of the order date (Monday through Friday. Orders shipped via USPS priority should arrive in 7-14 days from the order date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination and are calculated during the second step of checkout. A USPS tracking number will be provided via email directly from USPS once order is shipped. All shipments will NOT include a surcharge for customs and brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for all duty and brokerage fees that may occur.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your Cruizer & Co. online purchase, return it to us within 15 days from the date you receive the shipment. Include the original receipt and reason for returning. If a product is defective we will issue a refund for the original purchase price. Items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging to receive a full refund. Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
